MWM 3D Printing – Terms of Service

1. Orders
All items are made to order. Custom designs require approval. We reserve the right to decline requests involving copyrighted material we cannot legally print.

2. Payments
Payment is required upfront. All payments are securely processed through Etsy — we never see your payment details.

3. Processing Time
Standard items ship in 2–3 business days.
Custom items ship in 3–5 business days, depending on complexity.

4. Shipping
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking included. We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Cancellations accepted within 24 hours.

• Damaged/defective items will be replaced.

• Custom items cannot be returned unless damaged.

• Returns handled case-by-case — message us with any concerns.

6. Product Disclaimer
3D printed items may have small layer lines or minor surface variations. Colors may differ slightly due to filament batch or screen differences.

7. Custom Orders
Custom items cannot be canceled or refunded once printing begins. Additional fees may apply for detailed or large custom work.

8. Privacy
Your information is used only to process and ship your order. We never share or sell personal data.

9. Liability
MWM 3D Printing is not responsible for misuse of products or injuries resulting from improper handling. Liability is limited to the cost of the item.
